Hacking Satellite Bandwidth / downstream bandwidth stealing Guide

This is for educational purposes only. Use of corporate users.
It is intended to show that you can get free internet and satellite downstream you will use it as an internet connection, ie: browsing, chatting, etc, not just for grabbing files.
Conditions that must be adhered to:
- Linux with DVB cards and LinuxTV drivers, if you do not know how to set this up, go to http://linuxtv.org/
- Linuxtv-DVB-apps-1.1.1.tar.gz (get it on http://linuxtv.org/)
- Tcpdump
- Wget
- An upstream associated with anti-spoofing disabled (read ip spoofing), if you do not know about this, you can still try and see if it will work if combined with satellite Internet downstream
- Point the satellite dish to the downstream with internet connection (I can not say the satellite as mine which I believe is very sensitive information)
By locking Transponder
You need to know the frequency, polarization, and symbol rate transponders.
(Maybe by a friend asked to subscribe to the downstream provider for this information ... ...)
First, save the information to the file:
# Echo inet: [frequency]: [polarization - 'v' or 'h']: 0: [symbol_rate]: 0:0:0:0> chan
DVB lock with 'szap' from linuxtv-DVB-application package:
# Szap-chan n-c 1-l 5150
5150 is for C-Band, change it if you use the other band, read szap used.
Choosing Internet PID
Currently I assume you have set the necessary requirements and can run the command 'dvbtraffic' success at the box.
# Dvbtraffic
This will display a list of PIDs and their current bandwidth.
PID choose from the list, you want to choose one with a highly fluctuating bandwidth, because it's more like a satellite internet PID stream, not the audio / video PID.
Interface configuration
Running this command, enter the PID as a hex (tambahkan'0 x 'in front of the PID)
# Dvbnet-p [PID]
You have managed to get a status report.
Note the newly created interface name, it would say something like "dvb0_1 '.
And enter the following command on one line because you have to delete the routing for the interface as fast as you can, because I believe something bad will happen if you do not
# Ifconfig [interface_name] 64.0.0.0 / 2 promisc; ip route del 64.0.0.0 / 2 dev [interface name]
We have to only receive to each IP in this world.
Obtain an IP Address
It's time to see whether the data that flows to the interface which was internet satellite downstream, if so then you will see the IP address of scrolling on the screen when you enter this command:
# Tcpdump-q-n-i [interface_name]
Do not see your IP address? Try another PID. Before you make other interfaces, delete the current:
# Dvbnet-d [interface_number]
Obtain the interface number of the name (eg for dvb0_21, is number 21)
So you see that your IP address running tcpdump interface, large.
Select IP from the right side of the line. You did not want to use the network and broadcast adresses. The downstream satellite internet provider that was tested on used / 29 network (255 255 255 248), so in my case to calculate network and broadcast address:
I assume the IP address 123.4.5.67 from the right side of the line.
/ 29 network has eight address, date of one to one network, then for the next six hosts, and the last one broadcast.
So I divide 67 by 8.
67 / 8 = 8.375
I took part, 375 and multiply by 8
0.375 x 8 = 3
That means, 67 is 4. Address of the eight possible addresses, which means 3. Host, it is safe to use. You do not want to use the 1st and 8th. Because the network address and broadcast address.
Calculated starting from zero, then 0 is the first address (network address), and 7 are the eight address (broadcast address).
subnet mask = 255 255 255 248 or / 29
123.4.5.64 = network
123.4.5.65 host = 1.
123.4.5.66 host = 2.
123.4.5.67 host = 3.
123.4.5.68 host = 4.
123.4.5.69 host = 5.
123.4.5.70 host = 6.
123.4.5.71 = Broadcast
SNAT
To use internet satellite downstream we must use our IP address is before us as the source.
You assume the upstream provider is connected to the interface eth1.
Enter the command below to use the Internet IP satellite downstream.
# Iptables-t nat-I POSTROUTING 1-o eth1-j SNAT - to 123.4.5.67
This is the part where you have not activated the upstream provider of anti-spoofing, if so then you can not use source IP addresses other than those who give you.
Connection test
Just run the following command and see if it works:
# Wget http://www.yahoo.com
Not successfully download the document from the website above? If so continue to test the graphics on the browser and see if it successfully download the document. If not then just use another IP, or PID.
Remember, it's only for educational purposes, to open the disability that would netadmin do something about this.
Do not use the downstream and IP, a person who pays for it.
